INSANIA is the second part of the MAN-MAD Project, a curatorial exchange between Raisa Maudit (Madrid) and Nuria López de la Oliva (Manchester), which opens on Sat 17 Nov 2019 at Storm and Drunk in Madrid.
The exhibition, curated by Manchester-based Nuria López de la Oliva, features work by the artists Lizz Brady, Pablo Durango, Marian Garrido, John Powell-Jones and Stina Puotinen. INSANIA takes inspiration from the conceptions that surround the idea of 'madness' and, through different media such as performance and video-installation, it explores the limits that define this term. The exhibition uses social and cultural imaginaries in order to make the audience reflect on the subjectivity of these interpretations.

The exhibition will be in the space until the 30 Nov, and it opens to the public on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (17:00-20:00), apart from 20 Nov that will be closed.
